Tom Baine
SoCal Division President at Landsea Homes
Tom has more than 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry in Southern California. He is currently the SoCal division president for Landsea Homes. Landsea Homes is a national homebuilder with operations in California (Bay Area and SoCal), Arizona, Texas, Florida and New York. Prior to joining the homebuilding industry, Tom had many successful seasons as a professional baseball player. After those glorious days, Tom hung up the baseball jersey and turned to construction management for Taylor Morrison where he became the Vice President of Operations. Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC Irvine and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Tom is married, has two children, two grandchildren, and resides in San Clemente.
