Integrating Behavioral Health and Primary Care

This session will provide a brief overview of the field of primary care and behavioral health integration. In addition, a measure of integration, the Practice Integration Profile, will be discussed. Finally, there will be an introduction to a large pragmatic trial funded by PCORI.
