American Society of Quality Dinner Forum 

The ASQ Silicon Valley Chapter's Dinner Forum is used to promote learning on diverse topics related to Quality. The forum is held at the Biltmore Hotel in Santa Clara, in a relaxed setting conducive to networking and exchange with fellow professionals.

Speaker Topic:  The Customer Experience

Does the Customer Experience really matter? Is Customer’s First more than a nice catch-phrase, good business sense, or the path to spiritual enlightenment?

This interactive session will explore the power of getting the experience right, the costs of failure, and discussion about each of our roles in crushing it.

 

Speaker: Mr. Scott Shute 

Biography:

Mr. Scott Shute – Head of Global Customer Operation at LinkedIn has two passions - Customer Experience and the other is People and Organizational Development.  He leads a team that supports the 200M+ LinkedIn members as well as Enterprise and Ads customers. He is a Certified Professional Coach and Customer Advocate. Mr. Shute has worked in different management roles at Juniper Networks and Xilinx.
