Western Region CoP: You're Invited!

Maryland is part of a national initiative, the National Community of Practice: LifeCourse Framework, to expand and improve formal and informal supports for families of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the lifespan. Our statewide initiative is led by the Maryland Community of Practice: LifeCourse Framework for Supporting Families (CoP) leadership team. The Maryland CoP is a group of organizations and individuals joining together to bring about change.

The Maryland CoP is moving forward! Thank you for your interest in being involved in a regional Community of Practice (CoP). You are invited to attend a kickoff meeting where we will identify regional leaders and begin to develop a local perspective on state CoP priorities.
