Using Financial Statements as Business Tools to Drive Your Business to New Levels

financial_accounting.jpg

How do you use those things called Income Statements and Balance Sheets as management tools to run your business?

As a small business, you need to learn how to read and use basic financial statements. The good news is, it isn’t difficult and it isn’t rocket science! We all remember Cuba Gooding Jr. shouting “Show me the money!” in the movie Jerry Maguire.  Well, that’s what financial statements do. They show you the money. They show you where your company’s money came from, where it went, and where it is now.

This workshop is designed to help you use your financial statements as business tools.

You will learn:

  • Which reports make up your “financial statements”
  • Why they matter and how to use them
