All refunds must be approved by the Council of Governors. As per Article XIV of the MD-8 Constitution and By-Laws Section 4B2: All requests for cancellation MUST be in writing twenty one (21) days prior to convention or within 14 days of the close of the convention for specific reasons.

1st Virtual MD 8 Lions State Convention
You will be treated to a shortened business sesson, a message from our keynote speaker,
Lion Donna Townsend,
a motivational video from International Second Vice President Brian Sheehan,
and a LCIF message from PID Jenny Ware.
A Memorial service will be conducted.
Voting will be open to delegates during the convention time.
