Nominated by Food & Wine Magazine as one of New England’s top new Chefs, Jake takes cooking to the level of fine art - that tastes as good as it looks. Using locally sourced ingredients that he’ll choose prior to class, Chef Jake will share his ingenious thought process used to create unique and provocative seasonal menus. He’ll share tips, tricks and recipes that he uses in his kitchen and we’ll taste everything he prepares. We’ll also taste wines chosen by Newport Wine Cellar to compliment the menu.
