Are you as busy as we are? Then making good use of your time in the kitchen while still preparing healthy, delicious meals is a must! Join Chef Deja Hart as she shares 5 of her favorite go-to recipes using “the other white meat”, pork. But not just any pork, we’ll be working with pasture raised pork, the only pork you should consider eating and/or buying. In this demonstration style class, we’ll enjoy eating everything we make and enjoy tasting wine to  compliment the menu.

The menu we'll make in class: Schweinebraten (Traditional Austrian Pork Roast), Croque Monsieur, Chakra Pork, Pork Fried Rice and Crispy Shredded Pork Dumplings over Cabbage-Pepperoncini Slaw
