Normandy is known for supplying the best scallops and sole in the country and is famous for soft cheeses such as Camembert. With over 9 million apple trees, Normandy and Brittany are also known for their mouthwatering apple dishes as well as Calvados, a delightful apple brandy. When it comes to great seafood, cheese, apple cider and sweets - this region has it all!In this hands on and demonstration style class Chef Deja Hart will teach us to makeCoquilles Saint Jacques Mornay (Scallops Mornay), Beef Carbonnade (Beef Stew made with Flemish Beer and topped with broiled dijon-croutons) and a classic French Apple Tart Tatin.
