Love the refreshing flavors and beautiful aesthetic of Thai inspired cuisine? Chef Jacqueline Borden, former Chef/Owner of Thai Me Kangaroo Down, a hugely popular restaurant in northern Australia and frequent guest chef on the PBS Cultivating Life television program, will share her love of
the culinary flavors and techniques of Thai cuisine. If you took her class last year you’ll know she’s a fabulous instructor and a bundle of culinary knowledge. She’ll teach a light Thai dinner menu of Thai Chicken Larb Salad with Cauliflower Fried Rice and Grilled Pineapple with Mint and Light Lemongrass Syrup and go over how to adjust the “spiceheat” to suit your taste palette. You won’t want to miss this class! Everything she taught in last year’s class has become a staple in my go-to summer recipe file - simple, light, delicious and perfect for tailgate parties and summer dining! We’ll also taste wine and beer to compliment the menu.
