Jacqueline Borden for an inspiring summer cooking class - how to create dazzling meals using recipes with 5 ingredients or less. Chef Jacquie will go over a number of flavor profiles to guide your food preparation and menu planning tips. For our simply elegant meal we’ll learn to make: Cashew Crusted Chicken w/ Mango Dressing, Spiralized Veggies, Cauliflower Coconut Mash & Banana Almond Mini Cakes. She says you’ll never think of cauliflower the same way Peach Salsa again and has dozens of delicious recipe variations to share, and that the brined chicken is one of her favorite summer staples as an entree, salad topper or tailgate party show stopper. We’ll taste wine to compliment the menu.
