Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Barn is our knowledgable instructor for this hands on fresh cheese making class. We will be producing an unripened cheese using a simple vinegar or sour wine coagulation method. We’ll make a salted and fresh herb rubbed version and use molds for shaping. We will also learn about variations in curd consistency and how to use your creativity to make your own cheese! We will also taste wine to compliment the cheese.
