Learn the age old art of preparing an entire meal from scratch the Italian way - ricotta cheese, handmade pasta, calamari red sauce, and fresh dough for cannoli! Taught by Chef Deja Hart of Newport Cooks and Melody Reynold's of Reynold's Barn Dairy Farm. We will taste everything we make and taste wines to compliment the meal.
