Read what they had to say...We'll meet at Historic Casey Farm in Saunderstown for a lively and informative farm tour where we'll gather vegetables and herbs to compliment a fresh caught fish dinner that Chef Deja Hart will cook up with us. Back at the Newport Cooks Kitchen in Middletown we'll dive in to a hands on class and then enjoy everything we make.
The Menu: Summer Squash Baba Ghanoush with Seven Star Bakery's Durum Bread, Cornmeal Crusted Locally Caught Whitefish with Broiled Red Onion-Arugula-Walnut Salsa & a Beet, Ginger-Sour Cream Cake

**This class meets at 4:00pm at Casey Farm, 2325 Boston Neck Rd, Saunderstown, RI 02874. After a farm tour and picking vegetables we'll meet again back at Newport Cooks, 796 Aquidneck Avenue (behind Custom House Coffee), Middletown, RI 02842 for a cooking class, eating and wine tasting.
