Join us for an exciting evening of cooking with guest chef Branden Read, chef and owner of Celestial Cafe! Chef Branden is known for his incredible local farm dinners and incorporating only the freshest seasonal items into his daily lunch and dinner menus. Chef Branden will share his wealth of knowledge of cooking techniques in this 2 hour class. Menu: Butternut Squash, Sweet Red Pepper & Amaretto Bisque, Duck Breasts with Sweet Potato-Brussels Sprout-Apple Hash & Southwest Style Corn, Rocky Road Lava Cakes with Fresh Whipped Cream. All ingredients will be local and gluten free! We will enjoy everything we make and taste wines to compliment the menu.
