Getting Your Business Prepared for the Next Recession

We will have a business downturn.  

 It's not a question of if, but when.  This program will provide initiatives you should do to get ready! 

 This program will cover:

 An expert analysis of economic trends, forecasts, and probabilities.  It will also provide tips on cash management, marketing and best operational practices.

 Additionally, the program will focus on opportunities that you have to leverage your current business to position for future success regardless of economic trends.  We will note key marketing investments that will pay off for years to come.  Lastly, the program will cover deploying strategies to insure customer and employee retention.

 Mark Goodman is the President & CEO of e-Conversation Solutions. He is also past workshop chair at SCORE Chicago.  Prior to founding e-Conversation, Mark held numerous positions as a technology executive at Motorola and Silicon Valley companies.

 Venkat Veeramani, SVP, Head of Risk Strategy and Analytics, Wintrust Financial. He is an accomplished enterprise-wide analytics thought leader and a subject matter expert on life-cycle risk management and economic trends.

 Ben Goldberg (Entrepreneur/Owner/Investor) currently serves as a board member of CareerBuilder Employment Screening; a division of CareerBuilder. Mr. Goldberg was President and owner of Aurico, an employment screening company prior to the successful sale to CareerBuilder. As a CEO of the Screening Division at CareerBuilder, Ben grew revenue 45-65% annually and was recognized for his leadership efforts.
