How do you revitalize a neighborhood originally constructed in the mid to late 1800’s which has fallen into disrepair all the while keeping the stately historic character?  Well, Jefferson City found that it takes a multi-disciple team with a lot of time, patience, perseverance and out of the box thinking.  Ms. Griffin and Mr. Sanders will give us an overview of the Capital Avenue renovation project undertaken by the Jefferson City.
