Back to Business Series Part V: Leadership In The 'New Normal'

As small businesses return to work, it will be anything but business as usual. Much is being said about the tactical needs (e.g., sanitizers, masks, social distancing) of opening our business to employees and customers. Yet, what is required of you as leaders will be even more important.

Come join us for this webinar to discuss leadership changes which will help you successfully navigate the ‘new normal’. You will walk away with 1) An understanding of employee concerns and how to respond; 2) Ways to care for yourself; and 3) Communication strategies to strengthen relationships with your employees.
