It’s ironic: You start your own business because there’s something you love doing and do very well, only to find yourself spending most of your time doing something else. Marketing, for example. Between your own lack of marketing experience and, sometimes, vendors more than willing to take advantage of it, you’re vulnerable to making mistakes that can cost you money and opportunity while jeopardizing the growth of your business. This workshop addresses 20 of these mistakes, how to avoid them, and what to do instead.
