Sponsor Opportunities (defined)
Lunch/Coffee Sponsorship
Sponsorship will cover all food, drinks and snacks at the seminar. This will include recognition signage posted at the lunch table and coffee/breakfast table. Each sponsor will have their logo displayed prominently on each of the tables throughout the event.
Seat at Sponsor Networking Night (Limit to 12 Sponsors –Platinum and Gold Levels)
Participate in a speed networking activity with 24 attendees. This will include 5 minutes of 1:1 time with each attendee. Event will take place following the seminar. Sponsors will have their own dining table OR dining table area with a sign displaying their company name and logo on the table. Sponsors are free to bring giveaways or small items to place on the table if desired.
Sponsorship will cover drink tickets for attendees and food (light snacks and appetizers) served during the event.
DVB has reserved two private dining areas in the Revolution Steakhouse located on-site at the resort for this event.
Sponsor Spotlight Spectacular (Interactive Sponsor Hour) – Between 11am-12pm, sponsors will have a small table set up where they can spotlight new or established products. Attendees will be provided with passports that they will have stamped after interacting with different sponsors. Attendees who obtain stamps for at least 50% of their card will be entered into a raffle for a $250 gift card.

Sponsor Spotlight Spectacular: 11am – 12pm.
After the morning talks, attendees will move to the sponsor spotlight area with their passport in hand. Collect stamps from at least 50% of sponsors to be entered into a raffle for a $250 gift card.
Networking Night: Sponsor Speed Networking ($15 ticket in addition to LAS registration) – Limited to 24 attendees.
Sponsors and attendees will participate in a speed network activity where they will spend 5 minute rotations in a 1:1 discussion with representatives of up to 12 vendors in the animal research field. This is a unique networking opportunity to learn more about our participating sponsors and their representatives who are themselves often veteran members of our community. The group not going through the activity will be encouraged to network with other attendees. Drink tickets will be available as well as light refreshments and appetizers.
