Bacon is an amazing culinary lover to wine. It's non-discriminate, unlike most meats, and can pair with sparklers, whites, roses and your full range of reds. It's also an equal paramour to foods; it can accent delicate scallops and stand up to blue cheese, you can even create taste-bud euphoria when you add it to desserts. If you're as enamored with bacon as we are, don't miss this event! We'll be selecting 6 exceptional wines and matching each up with their own bacon-infused course.
