9:00-9:30 a.m.  Introductions 

9:30-10:15 a.m.  Vice President and Senior Fellow Elka Popova of Frost and Sullivan will speak about the evolution of the cloud communications market. 

 

10:15-11:00 a.m.  SDWAN promises to boost the growth of cloud services and offer QOS without the potential costs of an MPLS network. Hear and learn from Sanjay Srinivasan of Vonage, one of the first to pioneer the technology.

 

11:00-11:15 a.m. Break

 11:15-12:00 p.m.  Moving International is a two way street.  We see increased activity from providers looking to internationalize their services.  USA providers launching in Europe and European providers doing the reverse.  Hear the experiences and best practices from providers who have taken the trip. This panel discussion will be run by Matthew Townend from Cavell.

12:00-12:45 p.m. Onboarding. Migration, Implementation, Activation- As the market matures we are moving from a phase of just acquisition to more importance being placed on Onboarding and support.  Hear the challenges and best practice that have been learned from Jim Kaiser of JCurve, Alan Rihm of CoreDial, Mark Iannuzzi of TelNet Worldwide, and Curtis Peterson of RingCentral.

 2:00-2:45 p.m. Moving Beyond Voice- As providers look at moving beyond simple voice many are looking at integrating with different technologies or offering new services. Armen Martirosyan of BluIP will be talking about BeHive, a new IOT messaging platform.

 3:00-3:45 p.m. M&A World- What does Cisco buying BroadSoft mean to our Industry- With probably the most important M&A news to hit our industry being announced with Cisco acquiring BroadSoft, Matt Townend of Cavell and Michael Quinn of QAdvisors will discuss the likely impacts on the industry.
