Cultural diversity is an important topic in terms of its impact on organisations, and the extent to which mobility and technology is enabling its greater influence.
Join David for this research presentation based on a 10-year study of cultural differences in over leadership practices in nearly 228,000 leaders across 26 countries.
We will challenge many stereotypical conceptions of various countries and provide specific and tangible measures of actual differences and similarities between leadership practices from a cultural and geographic perspective. This research has direct and practical implications for coaching and developing multicultural workforces, and for the types of assumptions and interpretations that can vary significantly based on cultural norms, values and expectations.

David Ringwood, Vice President of Client Development, EMEA David is responsible for managing all aspects of business development, product certification and consulting support in the EMEA region with Management Research Group. Prior to joining Management Research Group in 2006, he was a client of MRG and was President of a consulting firm specialising in senior leadership development and coaching in Ireland.
David is a Master Trainer in all MRG assessments and also delivers workshops and webinars on advanced assessment interpretation, coaching methodology and MRG research. David is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, he is Level A and B qualified in Occupational Testing with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is a member of the European Association for Work and Organisational Psycholody (EAWOP). He has several advanced research degrees in Cognitive Linguistics and is passionate about the application of psychometric assessment in coaching and mentoring. David has lived and worked internationally in Ireland, UK, Eastern Europe and Asia/Pacific for companies such as Mercer Human Resources Consulting, Korn/Ferry International and JP Morgan.
