Dr Damian Goldvarg is an EMCC ESIA holder (European Supervision Individual Accreditation) and his organisation also has an EMCC ESQA (European Supervision Quality Award.

Damian has twenty years of experience as a Leadership Development Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator and Executive Coach, working with Senior Executives, Middle Managers, and High Potential Leaders. With International experience in more than 40 countries: US, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.  He has developed and facilitated Leadership Development and Coaching Skills Programs for Managers in 20 countries.  He is the euthor of professional articles and books in English and Spanish. He specialises in Fortune 100 Companies, Technology, Manufacturing, Finances, Education, Government, and Non-profits.

Damian is bi-cultural (born and raised in Argentina) and Multi-lingual (English/Spanish/Portugese).
