The power of multi-lingual coaching - 29 September 2020 @ 18.30 cest (17.30 bst/UK time)

With the globalisation of the economy and professional mobility, coaches are increasingly called upon to work in the second (or third) language of their clients or themselves. Although this could be seen as a constraint to fully authentic expression, a recent survey of multi-lingual coaches revealed that when both parties communicate in at least two languages, switching from one language to the other offers numerous benefits. From strengthening the coaching relationship to overcoming emotional blockages, this session will share the survey findings and related testimonials from practitioners, and highlight different advantages of switching languages in a coaching session.

This online event will take your through the research and explore what it  means for you in practice.
