We are all familiar with the generations … Boomers, Gen X, Millennials … and we have experienced that each has different ways of operating. 

Many people are not aware that generational characteristics have repeated throughout history and are predicable. 

We will discuss each generation’s characteristic behaviors and how to be more effective in dealing with them.  We will also introduce you to the youngest generation … the next Silent generation.
