Trekchöd Retreat

Lama Pema Dorje Rinpoche will return to Pema Osel Ling this December 30, 2017  – January 7, 2018, to give preliminary practice of Great Perfection (Rushin) and Trekchod meditation instructions from His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche's Heart Jewel for the Fortunate Ones: A Pointing out Instruction for the Great Perfection and Three Pieces of Advice given to Gelong Yeshe Rabsal, Dechen Dorje and Rigzang Dorje.  

These instructions, coupled with intensive meditation practice, provide an incredible opportunity to gain stability in meditation under the guidance of a truly genuine and experienced meditation master.
