The mission of the Northern Nevada R.A.V.E. Family Foundation (NNRFF) is to improve the well-being of Nevada families by providing respite to those caring for young and adult children with special needs. The NNRFF accomplishes this by training youth volunteers to care for these exceptional children and by providing vouchers for families to choose appropriate respite options. This mission is accomplished through various programs under the NNRFF; the RAVE Family Center, Jr. RAVE, Teen RAVE, and the Rural Respite Voucher Program. The overall goal of the NNRFF is to reduce the risk of abuse and neglect of young and adult children with disabilities who reside throughout Northern Nevada through the provision of respite care services. Funds raised during the 8th Annual "An Evening to RAVE About" dinner and auction will support all NNRFF programs, benefitting families across Northern Nevada.
