to Know About Probate
March 10, 2020
11:00 am-2:30 pm
Guy's Party Center
500 Waterloo Rd., Akron
LUNCH PROVIDED
Judge Elinore Marsh Stormer from Summit County Probate will be on hand to present "What You Need to Know About Probate Court". She will address questions like:
- What is probate?
- Do I need probate?
- What if there's no will?
- How long does the probate process last?
...and more!
Help to create the community art project, Birds of a Feather, a collaboration between Summit Metro Parks and Judge Stormer's office (see the concept piece below). This piece embodies the idea that we are never alone, there's safety in numbers, and we are all heading in the right direction. The finished piece will initially hang in the F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm, part of Summit Metro Parks before it makes its permanent home at the Summit County Courthouse in the courtroom of Judge Elinore Stormer.
Finally, Theresa Niewiadomski, the Family Caregiver Support Specialist from Direction Home will share stress reduction tips and resources for family caregivers so you can be the best and healthiest caregiver you can be.
Lunch is included, and everyone will receive the book, Caregiving: Ready or Not. Seating is limited to first 100 people - SOLD OUT!
