Who should attend?
Business owners and decision makers in small businesses of 10 or more employees who have a basic working knowledge of Windows applications and want to improve email reliability, spam protection, scheduling and the ability to access data remotely using Microsoft Office 365 powered by the cloud. Smaller businesses looking to expand may want to attend to heighten knowledge of advanced product features.


This workshop addresses the situation of small businesses who have a basic exposure to and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, but want to take their technological function to the next level through the use of Office 365, particularly Office 365 Business Premium. It will focus on how Office 365 Business Premium features can make your business more mobile and efficient. The presentation will highlight the applications available with the Office 365 Business Premium license and how a Microsoft Partner can help implement needed services, including business class email, file storage, cloud security, and much more.

The Workshop will consist of a PowerPoint presentation that emphasizes more advanced features such as Skype, Microsoft Bookings, Invoicing, Listings, and Connections that will enhance your business’s mobility and productivity. There is no hands-on practice, but the class will include functional examples of how 365 Office Business Premium applications work for your business. It will also explain steps needed to migrate to Office 365.

At the end of the workshop, you will have the knowledge to:

  • Define Office Online Services
  • Describe the functions of business applications such as Bookings, Invoicing, Listings, and Connections
  • Initiate the process of working seamlessly with multiple applications on multiple devices by using Microsoft 365 Business Premium applications
  • Outline the Office 365 migration process
