Branding Master Class: How To Grow Your Brand and Your Business - 03/09/2020 - C1000

Who Should Attend?

Established small business
owners who want to grow and win by competing in what matters most to their customers.

It is recommended that attendees first take the “How to Build and Protect A Brand Customers Love” workshop.

Being clever and on social media are not enough to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving culture of consumers. A brand must connect deeply and stay relevant to thrive.

A brand’s positioning, pitch, and perceived value need to be constant as it evolves. Doing so leads to growth and the successful pursuit of new opportunities.

This hands-on workshop, led by branding experts with more than thirty years of branding experience, is structured around a series of small group exercises designed to hone your ability to fine tune your positioning and brand strategy. The full potential of your brand can only be realized if it remains relevant as it evolves over time along with its customers’ changing wants and needs.

At the end of this workshop, you will have learned tools and techniques to:

  • Find out what you need to know about your product or service
  • Discover what your current clients and future prospects truly care about
  • Identify your brand's unique strengths, weaknesses and boundaries
  • Refine your positioning and pitch
  • Develop a brand strategy for growth that embraces change and new opportunities
  • Keep your brand focused, strong, and relevant over time
