She has an MS in Human Resources Management/Organization Development from New York University. Lisa is a SCORENYC certified Mentor.

Colleen M. Meenan, Esquire

Colleen is founding partner of Meenan and Associates, a general practice law firm that practices primarily in the area of employment and business law for over 27 years.

Her focus includes assisting small business owners, not for profits and start-ups in navigating legal issues that can in arise in business formation, sales, acquisitions and operations. She advocates for workplace fairness in her practice.

Colleen holds her JD from CUNY/Queens College.

Jonathan Bernstein, Esquire

Jonathan is Senior Counsel at Meenan and Associates, and practices primarily in small businesses workplace practices, labor law and compliance issues. He advises start-ups, entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners on internal practices, business structures and operating agreements.

He is well versed in arbitration between workers and employers due to his knowledge of arbitration and employment law.
