REGISTRATION:

Early Bird Discount: $750.- (If payment received IN FULL by January 12, 2016) 

Regular Registration: $875.-  (AFTER January 12, 2016)   

Registration Dead Line: Wednesday, February 3, 2016

Payment Options for Regular Registration:

1) Pay in Full 

2) Payment Plan: $300 Deposit holds your place in the group and is due with registration.

Balance is due in 2 installments:  

• $300 due on (or before) February 13, 2016
• $275 due on (or before) April 9, 2016  

Payments may be made with cash, check or credit card.

Refund Policy: Full refund, minus $50 administration fee, with written cancellation notice received before February 1, 2016.  No refund if cancelled after February 1, 2016.
