International Food Fest: A Taste of Culture 

 

Thank you for your interest in our event. We are excited to announce our first ever International Fall Food Fest: A Taste of Culture. We will host a diversity of foods from all over the world.  

This is an awesome event to showcase your business through out the South Dade, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, the Falls, Pinecrest, Kendall, and Richmond Heights communities.  This exciting, educational, family-oriented event is to be held on November 9, 2013 at the Community Bible Baptist Church (CBBC) grounds, located at 9855 S.W. 152 Street next to Coral Reef Senior High School. 

This is a family friendly festive day of fun featuring great food, exciting raffle prizes, a Kids Funblast Zone, live music, and an assortment of performances. Since this is a family festival, we strongly encourage that in addition to your regular portion and pricing, at least one of your food items are also offered as a “kiddie” or “taste-size” portion at a reduced price. 

 

 We will be advertising our event in the local Family/Parenting Magazines, Social Media Outlets, local radio broadcasts, direct mailing cards, in local newspapers, posters throughout the community, and more.  We estimate attendance to be approximately 600 people over the course of the day. We expect that it may surpass our expectations in attendance and profits.

  All vendor types are welcome and we would like to extend to you an affordable  special offer featuring a standard vendor space for only $45.
