STAND OUT IN A CROWDED WORKFORCE

This night’s session is a networking event with a buffet dinner. Our speaker will be Nancy Santarelli from Dale Carnegie of Southern Los Angeles. The evening will be interactive from the git-go, as we learn some of the non-technical skills used by successful leaders and high performance team members. These skills are based on research regarding the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ) for empowering creativity and commitment between people. The speaker will provide a demonstration of how we can all tap into more of our potential using the five drivers of success discovered by Dale Carnegie. We will also experience what it feels like when we ourselves use some of these skills.

You will leave with a new perspective of what it takes to be successful as a team leader and team member.
