Sign In Fees:    $175.00 for the first car, $75.oo for each additional car, Rookies are $75.00. Additional $10 if not pre-registered.

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES

TUESDAY, July 9        Sign In/Parking/Safety Check Day - Trailers will NOT be permitted to enter until NOON!

PLEASE NOTE: RV and motorhome parking will be available at the Indycar office parking lot on 16th outside of the track.

Noon                Sign-Ins open (Pill draw for Practice/Heat order and receive Information packet)

ALL VEHICLES ENTERING THE SPEEDWAY WILL STAGE AT THE INDYCAR OFFICE PARKING LOT ON 16th STREET.
Parking will be a first come first serve basis.  There will be no saving spots.
Each race team will be given one FREE parking spot. Reserved spots are available for $65.
               
5pm                Sign-Ins closed – Those that do not draw will have a number drawn for them.
Safety Check (See details below)

EVERYONE MUST EXIT THE TRACK BY 6pm (NO EXCEPTIONS)
            
WEDNESDAY, July 10   Practice 
7:00 am            Gates Open
All cars must have a USAC Safety Check, No Exceptions 

8:00am             Practice will rotate by division (2 minutes per session)
    
3:00pm             Practice Ends

EVERYONE MUST EXIT THE TRACK ONE HOUR AFTER THE FINAL CHECKERED FLAG DROPS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

THURSDAY, July 11        Heat Races 
7:00 am            Gates Open

7:45 am     Drivers and Handlers Meeting

8:00 am            Heat Races 
               12 Minute time limit on all Heat races

EVERYONE MUST EXIT THE TRACK ONE HOUR AFTER THE FINAL CHECKERED FLAG DROPS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

FRIDAY, July 12        Lower Mains 
7:00 am            Gates Open

7:45 am     Drivers and Handler Meeting

8:00 am            Resume any unfinished lower mains - 25 Laps or 15 Minute Time Limit              

EVERYONE MUST EXIT THE TRACK ONE HOUR AFTER THE FINAL CHECKERED FLAG DROPS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

SATURDAY, July 13    A-Mains and Victory Lane Ceremonies
7:00 am            Gates Open

7:45 am    Drivers and Handler Meeting

8:00 am            A-Mains 
Victory Lane Ceremonies (Top 3 drivers in each class plus all Rookies)

6pm    Gates close - all drivers, crew and families must exit IMS
