Heartland Presbytery is now accepting registrations for our delegation!

• Triennium is open to high school aged youth from any church in Heartland Presbytery - rising Freshman through graduated Seniors.

• The delegation will depart from Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church in Blue Springs, Missouri, with a pre-travel lock-in the evening of Monday, July 15th.  The delegation returns late evening on Saturday, July 20th.  Chapel Hill will be the drop-off and pick-up point for our delegation.

• The TRUE cost per participant for Triennium is $680.00 - this cost includes:

1 - Registration to Triennium (the event & programming, an event t-shirt, lodging, & meals during the event)

2 - Travel (we will travel as a delegation via charter bus)

3 - A delegation T-shirt

4 - 1 additional meal (a box lunch to eat on the bus when we return)

5 - "Swaps"/"Trades" - these are little pins that every participant keeps in their pockets to trade with those coming from other parts of the country or our world.  It's neat to see the collection that each of our youth end up with at the end of the week.  They are great conversation starter pieces!

That being said - because of the generosity of our congregations and minister members - each year Heartland Presbytery has been able to alot a budgeted amount of our SHARED MISSION dollars to be used as a travel subsidy for our Triennium participants.

With the travel subsidy - those who elect to use it - will only have to pay $580.00 to experience Triennium.  Everyone who registers with the Heartland delegation is eligible for the travel subsidy.

(Adults and any youth participants over age 18 at the time of the event must have a background check.  These are done through Triennium.  Cost is $20.  This is added to your registration fee.)

If you are not paying for your entire registration at this time, we require a $225 non-refundable deposit.  This will need to be submitted by check only at the time of registration!

FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY DECEMBER 31, 2018 - YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY THIS DAY!

Once you have registered, keep your eyes peeled for an email.  It will contain a link to the Triennium website in order to complete a "Participant Information and Release Form" along with a covenant.  This MUST be completed by ALL participants.
