Mumpreneur Mondays (17 APR 2017)

Intellectual Property (IP) represents the property of your mind or intellect. If you develop a new product, service, process or idea it belongs to you and is therefore your intellectual property. If you want to ensure exclusive legal ownership, you must formally register your IP.

IP can be a valuable business asset so it's important that as a Business Owner, you understand and know how to protect it.

Our guest speaker for this session is Vicki Heng, a legal professional with may years of experience in IP consulting. Vicki will provide a general overview of the various intellectual propery rights, ranging from what they are, how they are created, protected and how they may be exploited. She will also zoom in on trade marks, copyright and domain names.

She will also answer any queries related to IP issues.
