In order to reach, connect with and sell to your target market, you need to have a firm grasp on who they are, where they are, and what they want. This workshop will help you understand why market research is necessary for your business, provide instruction on how to conduct research using public databases, as well as methods for developing your own customer research.

John is a creative marketing communications leader with over 35 years of experience. He’s helped dozens of Fortune 500 companies build strategic marketing programs that combine digital and traditional marketing approaches to deliver measurable results. John is a Certified Inbound Marketing Professional, has a Bachelor of Science from the Scripps School of Journalism / Public Relations at Ohio University, is an active community volunteer, and is one of our Columbus SCORE volunteer mentors.
