DBHDD and the Georgia Collaborative ASO invite you to attend the Behavioral Health (BH) Provider Enrollment Forum to discuss the enrollment criteria and process for potential providers on December 15, 2016. DBHDD and the Georgia Collaborative are seeking providers who will provide behavioral health services. Preferred providers will have the capacity to deliver services to individuals who: 1) require treatment for behavioral health conditions; or 2) require supports for dually diagnosed conditions.
