DBHDD and the Georgia Collaborative ASO invite you to attend the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Provider Enrollment Forum to discuss the enrollment criteria and process for potential providers on July 12, 2017. DBHDD and the Georgia Collaborative are seeking providers who will provide IDD services.

Please note: This forum is targeted for potential new providers of IDD services, and participation is mandatory. Current providers are not required to attend as the information is specific to potential providers only.
