50th Harmony Alumni Reunion

A Reunion unlike any before!

This is all about Alumni and celebrating recovery and Harmony! Come join your fellow Alumni and celebrate Harmony's 50th Anniversary!

You can choose to come just Friday, Saturday, or BOTH days!

Here is the Schedule of Events for Friday and Saturday:

FRIDAY:

3pm: Alumni begin arriving on campus to check in

3-5:30pm: Merchandise Tent open

4pm: Appetizers served and enjoy browsing the Silent Auction in the Pavilion

5:15pm: Prime Rib Dinner is served (vegetarian options available)

6pm: Welcome: Harmony President and CEO, Jim Geckler  

7pm-8pm: Speaker Meeting with Marvin Ventrell 

8pm: Alumni Coin Ceremony

8:30-9:15: Star Gazing with Colin 

Saturday:

8am: Alumni begin arriving on campus to check in

8am-12:30pm: Merchandise Tent Open

9-11:30am: CHOOSE BETWEEN TWO OPTIONS:

Option 1:  Workshop in the Pavilion with CSU Psychologist Michele Faris on Brene Brown's work: Vulnerability, Boundaries, Self-Care, Gratitude, Confidence in Sobriety

Option 2:  Spiritual Walk/Meditation up the 12 Step Trail with Spiritual Advisors

12-2:30pm: Lunch paired with a Historic Tour of Harmony Campus at your own pace! (vegetarian options available)

3pm-4pm: AA Meeting/Al-Anon Meeting

4pm-5pm: Fellowship in the Pavilion with coffee, tea, cookies. LAST CHANCE TO BID ON SILENT AUCTION ITEMS!

5:15pm: Dinner (vegetarian options available)

6:30pm: Alumni Coin Ceremony

7pm-7:45pm: DAWN LUTRELL PERFORMS COMEDY!

8pm-9pm:  Dress-up Dance Party in the Pavilion! You can choose to stay in your attire from the day or wear your best outfit from your decade of choice from the 60's-2000's. Prizes will be awarded for best dressed!

 

Want to donate for the Silent Auction?

Silent Auction Details: This year, the silent will only have items that are Donations from Alumni. What I desire you to donate for the Auction:

Something that has really helped you with your recovery journey that you would like to share! (Example: books, yoga classes, a retreat, essential oils, horseback riding, jewelry, you name it!) 

It's all about connection and helping each other out with gifting what has helped you on your recovery journey!

PLEASE NOTE: Items must be on campus no later than Friday, September 20th at 3pm.
