Andrew Dilling, partner with Baker Tilly has been with the firm since 1999. Andrew is a member of the construction and real estate team and specializes in assisting clients with financial reporting and analysis, income tax planning and compliance, and succession planning.

Experience

  • Manages financial statement audit, review, and compilation engagements for clients in the construction, real estate, and affordable housing industries.
  • Manages income tax engagements for clients in the construction and real estate industries.

Marcus P. Koehl, CPA

Audit Senior Manager | Wipfli

Marcus Koehl has been with Wipfli for over 10 years providing attestation services to closely-held businesses. He serves as a member of Wipfli’s construction and real estate leadership team, representing the Northeast Wisconsin region. In addition, Marcus also serves as the geographic leader for Wipfli’s hospitality industry team in Wisconsin. As a client relationship executive, he focuses on gaining an understanding of his client’s goals and managing Wipfli’s client service team to ensure those goals are achieved.


Areas of Focus

  • Manages tax engagements for real estate investors, real estate developers, general contractors, hospitality and income tax credit deals
  • Provides income planning services to clients serving multifamily, single family and commercial sectors of the real estate market
  • Provides tax research and advice to clients in the real estate practice, including acquisition, holding and selling real estate
  • Provides entity structuring planning for businesses in the real estate and construction industries
  • Assists in the coordination and management of federal and state tax audit examinations
