In-Person Guidelines & Considerations

  • Please bring your own mat and whatever props you might need.
  • Class will be cancelled if weather does not cooperate (excessive rain, wind etc.) If unsure due to weather, please call to confirm class is happening. 808-954-9310
  • Covid:
  • If you have symptoms, please do not attend in person classes out of safety and respect for others.
  • Due to emerging variants, new students to the class are asked to please show vaccination card.
  • Please be mindful of 6 feet physical distancing at this class.
  • Feel free to wear a mask at any time in the class, if it makes you feel more secure.
  • Since we are outdoors, social distanced, and all vaccinated, there are multiple layers of protection that will allow for a blissful, relaxed experience.

In-Person Outdoor Mindful Yoga Classes with Murti Hower, E-RYT 500, 2022 

Mindful Yoga in the park with Murti Hower, E-RYT 500!  All classes are held at a beautiful Kapiolani park location across the street from the Kaimana Hotel, with views of Diamond Head and the ocean beyond. Learn from Murti's 40 years of experience exploring asana!

You have the option to register for either:

  • $15 single class
  • $100 - 10 class pass

If you purchase the 10 class pass, we have a punch card system in order to keep track on your classes.

Murti Hower

Murti Hower (E-RYT 500hrs) has trained with master teachers such as Rodney Yee, Shiva Rea, & even had the rare opportunity to spend time learning from one of the founders of modern day yoga, B.K.S. Iyengar (2005 in Estes Park, Colorado). Murti is well-known and respected on Oahu, training many teachers on the island through his 200 hour & 300 hour Yoga Alliance training programs. He has been exploring yoga asana for 40 years.
