Given social distancing guidelines, the PCAI will hold its next meeting online using Zoom.
At noon on Tuesday December 8th, 2020 we will hold a Zoom meeting with Jami Spear, Deputy Finance Director at the City of Phoenix.Ms. Spear is a real estate administrator, certified general appraiser, and eminent domain specialist, designated by the International Right of Way Association as an SR/WA, (Senior Right of Way) professional. Jami has a Bachelor’s in Technical and Applied Studies and a Technical Project Management Certification from Ohio University.
Jami will be providing an update on the Light Rail projects in the City of Phoenix.
