This Workshop consists of four (4) sessions conducted over a seven (7) week period.
It’s a New Year So Where Do I Begin? Tuesday, February 2, 2021 (Noon - 2pm)
In Session 1, you will take stock of where you are now and what the competitive landscape looks like. You will begin to build a plan to make 2021 your best year ever. Topics that will be discussed:

Session 2 is designed to help you clarify your message to target customers, identify the right platform to market to them, and to re-energize your company’s growth. To be discussed:
Building An Effective Marketing & Sales Machine Tuesday, March 9, 2021 (Noon - 2pm)
Many companies put sales and marketing into separate silos. In Session 3 learn why they need to collaborate on effective methods to turn prospects into customers. Topics to be discussed:
Design – Develop – Ready, Set, Go! Tuesday, March 23, 2021 (Noon - 2pm)
Now it’s time to get going with the new you. In Session 4 you will be shown how to simplify everything, so your plan is easy to manage and track moving forward. You will review what you have already created and make it ready for the post-Covid world. You will be shown how testing and measuring are the keys to making great business decisions. To be discussed:
