This Workshop consists of four (4) sessions conducted over a seven (7) week period.

It’s a New Year So Where Do I Begin?          Tuesday, February 2, 2021 (Noon - 2pm)

In Session 1, you will take stock of where you are now and what the competitive landscape looks like. You will begin to build a plan to make 2021 your best year ever. Topics that will be discussed:

  • The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly from 2020
  • How to do a truly effective SWOT review 
  • How to determine the current status of your competition
  • Product offerings and pricing to win
  • The Rule of 1 in marketing
  • How to create a simple and effective one-page strategic marketing and growth plan

Do You Speak Prospect?                               Tuesday, February 23, 2021 (Noon - 2pm)

Session 2 is designed to help you clarify your message to target customers, identify the right platform to market to them, and to re-energize your company’s growth. To be discussed:

  • How to transform your brand from average to W-O-W!!
  • Clarifying your company’s key message
  • Learning exactly what your customer thinks about your brand
  • The Curse of Knowledge and how to overcome it
  • The Buyer-Seller Dance and how to take the lead
  • Creating the best customer journey for your targeted audience
  • How to expand and simplify your strategic marketing and growth plan

Building An Effective Marketing & Sales Machine      Tuesday, March 9, 2021 (Noon - 2pm)

Many companies put sales and marketing into separate silos. In Session 3 learn why they need to collaborate on effective methods to turn prospects into customers. Topics to be discussed:

  • Building a Brand Experience from start to finish
  • How sales and marketing can co-exist and thrive by helping each other
  • Developing a selling system for your business
  • Creating a Customer Buying Journey that converts the Prospect into a Customer
  • Marketing campaigns that are simple and easy to create and manage
  • Developing effective lead generation campaigns 
  • Social media & content strategies that will make you a thought leader in your industry

Design – Develop – Ready, Set, Go!                              Tuesday, March 23, 2021 (Noon - 2pm)

Now it’s time to get going with the new you. In Session 4 you will be shown how to simplify everything, so your plan is easy to manage and track moving forward. You will review what you have already created and make it ready for the post-Covid world. You will be shown how testing and measuring are the keys to making great business decisions. To be discussed:

  • Website updates, blogging and content development
  • The power of video to tell your story and to provide social evidence of your products
  • The 11 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that will track your progress
  • The marketing KPI’s you can set up for free and use to tweak your marketing
  • Building a simple, one page, 12-month plan to double your business (you will have to do the work) 
  • And much more information and resources to use immediately in your business
