A Day of Care for Caregivers

Caregiving, from attending to a loved one to working as a volunteer or a professional care provider, can take a toll on a caregiver’s physical and spiritual wellbeing. To be a support for others, we must make spiritual space to receive God's care for us.

Wellspring invites caregivers of all kinds to a special day of prayer and pampering to remind body and soul that "all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well," to quote Julian of Norwich.

The day will also include practices for self-care and spiritual growth, as well as lunch.

An optional donation is suggested to cover program costs. It can be made through the on-line registration form or offered the day of the program.
