Ms. Arguello litigates on behalf of employers in the areas of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage disputes, unemployment insurance appeals, unfair competitionand misappropriation of trade secrets. She provides advice and counsel on issues such as leaves of absence, meal and rest breaks, employee classification and reduction in force. Ms. Arguello also provides training on prevention of harassment in the workplace and conducts audits of clients’ employment-related policies and procedures.
