BizWorks University 2019

BizWorks University is designed to expose the budding entrepreneur to the vital basics of business through a series of modules facilitated by subject matter experts. Tuition is $50 with limited scholarships and student rates available. The semester begins February 12, 2019. Classes meet Tuesdays from 6:00-8:30pm. WHAT IS START SMART?

The Start Smart Program is designed to help business owners get the start using experts selected for their understanding of this particular stage of business and their ability to effectively communicate the concepts to this group of entrepreneurs.

The curriculum consists of 8-modules when provide the basic information needed to get their businesses started.  Here are the modules:

• Protect Your Business
• Fund Your Business
• Promote Your Business
• Network Your Business

Start Smart will culminate in a Pitch Competition, with students making the best pitch for the business  to receive a prize. Facilitators and Partners will judge the competition based on clarity, purpose and presentation.
