Leadership Summit 2019 invites all generations in the workforce to explore and address the challenges, opportunities, and scenarios of working with different generations by

• teaching and learning from each other
• understanding what defines a generation and the experiences that have influenced each generation
• identifying techniques to address workplace scenarios impacted by diverse expectations of multiple generations
• influencing positive cultural workplace change that benefits an organization and all generations

The dynamic, insightful, and entertaining Dr. Gerri King, social psychologist, author, speaker and facilitator will guide us in creating a common understanding of each generation.

Will Stewart, Executive Director of StayWorkPlay and others will share data on what is important to each generation.

Small group discussions and networking will allow everyone to share ideas, challenges, and opportunities to build collaborative, multi-generational workplaces that attract and retain a talented workforce.

The focus of this Summit:

• utilizing the strengths that each generation brings to a vibrant, multi-generational workplace
• gathering all generations in the workforce to create new perspective on generational diversity 

What this Summit is not about: discussing any one generation or stereotyping anyone or any generation.
